Addendum #1 for Bid #1714 Custodial Supply Bid for FY 17-18
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Board of Education of District I-20, Muskogee, Oklahoma at the office of the Chief Financial Officer, 202 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma on April 24, 2017 at 3:30 p.m.. Bid packet and Addendum #1 (new bid date and new bid form) may be obtained from the office of the Chief Financial Officer by emailing staff member, mika.barton@mpsi20. org, or download from the District website, www.mpsi20 g under the Finance Department tab. Any other ade dums will be posted on the same website.
At 3:30 p.m. of the same day, a public opening of all bids received by the Board of Education will be held in the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
The Board of Education of District I- 20, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, is under no obligation to accept any bid. This bid is submitted as legal offer and when accepted by the Board of Education, constitutes a firm contract.
