At 2:00 p.m. of the same day, a public opening of all bids received by the Board of Education will be held in the office of the Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Education of District I- 20, Muskogee County, Oklahoma, is under
no obligation to accept any bid. This bid is submitted as legal offer and when accepted by the Board of Education, constitutes a firm contract.
