TAKE NOTICE that you have been sued by Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., and that you must answer the Petition of said Plaintiff on file in said cause on or before the 4th day of May, 2017, or the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered
against you, reforming the legal description in the Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed filed with the Muskogee County Clerk on Sep-tember 27, 1977 in Book 1471 at Page 29 to reflect the following legal description:
Lot 3 in Block 3 in Rounds Estates First Addition to the Town of Fort Gibson, according to the official plat thereof, being platted out of and a part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 15 North, Range 19 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma
