Norris and Julius McCutcheon, deceased, the Unknown Successors of Granville T. Norris and Julius McCutcheon, deceased, and Liberty National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City, or its Corporate Successor
GREETINGS:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that you have been sued in the District Court within and for Muskogee County, Oklahoma, in Cause No. CV-2017-32, wherein NFIW VENTURES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, Jessie Fivekiller Bailey, if living or if deceased, the Heirs, Executors, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, the Heirs, Executors. Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns of Granville T. Norris and Julius McCutcheon, deceased, the Unknown Successors of Granville T. Norris and Julius McCutcheon, deceased, and Liberty National Bank and Trust Company of Oklahoma City, or its Corporate Successor, are the Defendants, and the Plaintiff alleges that it is the owner of and in possession of the following
described real property, to-wit:
Tract 1: The south 63.3 feet of Lot 1 in Block 1 of HIGGlNS ADDITION, to the City of Muskogee, according to the official plat thereof, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
Tract 2: Lot 16 in Block 5 of HIGGINS ADDITION to the City of Muskogee, according to the official plat thereof, Muskogee County. Oklahoma, recorded May 4, 1904 at 2:00 p.m. in Plat Book 15 at Page 638.
Tract 3: A part of Lot 14 in Block 57 in the City of Muskogee, more particularly described as: BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Lot 14, a distance of 64 feet Easterly from the Northwest corner thereof; THENCE Easterly along the said Northerly line thereof to the Northeast corner of said Lot; THENCE Southerly along the Easterly line of said Lot a distance of 99.5 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; THENCE Westerly along the Southerly line of said lot to a point which is 54 feet Easterly from the Southwest corner thereof; THENCE Northerly on a straight line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Tract 4: The West 2 feet of Lot 4 and all of Lot 5 in Block 2 in MEADOW BROOK ADDITION to the City of Muskogee, Muskogee County, Oklahoma.
And you, the said Defendants, are further notified unless you answer said Petition of Plaintiff filed herein against you on or before the17th day of March, 2017, the allegations of said Petition will be taken as true, and a Decree quieting Plaintiffs title to the above described property will be entered against each of you, the said Defendants.
