NOTICE OF OPPORTUNITY FOR DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES
All interested persons are hereby given notice that the
Muskogee County Public Transit Authority
is seeking financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation for the purpose of operating a Section 5311 rural public transportation program during FY- 2018. The Muskogee County Public Transit Authority has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
The Muskogee County Public Transit Authority is giving public notice that it wishes to abide by the policy established by the U.S. Department of Transportation. Notice of An Opportunity For A Public Hearing Regarding A Public Transportation Project
All interested persons are hereby given notice that the Muskogee County Public Transit Authority is seeking financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, for the purpose of operating a rural public transportation project. Grant funds will be used to purchase vehicles, fuel and maintenance, insurance on vehicles, administrative costs, drivers salaries and general expenses of the program.
If any person desires a public hearing to consider the social, economic and/or environmental effects of the proposed project, may submit their request in writing to the:
