COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE
You are hereby notified that James Swartwood, by and through his attorney, Juliet N. Brennan, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, has filed a Petition for Summary A d m i n i s t r a t i o n, requesting appointment of himself as Special Administrator, determination of heirs, approval of final accounting, distribution of property and discharge of administrator in the Estate of Llyvona Swartwood, deceased, who died on the 17th day of November, 2014. At the time of her death, Llyvona Swartwood resided at 2519 Tull Ave., Muskogee, Oklahoma, 74403. No will has been found. The whole of the Estate of Llyvona Swartwood, has a value of less than Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).
All persons having claims against Llyvona S w a r t w o o d,
deceased, that are not shown in the Petition will be forever barred unless the claim is presented to James Swartwood, Special Administrator, at the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, 417 West Broadway, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74401, on or before the following presentment date: March 13, 2017.
The Special Administrator shall file a Final Account and Petition for Distribution on or before: 10th day of March, 2017.
The hearing on the Petition is set for the 30th day of March, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma.
All persons interested in the Estate of Llyvona Swartwood, deceased, are hereby directed to file any objection to the Petition prior to the hearing and send a copy to the law offices of BRENNAN, SMITH & CHERBINI, PLLC, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections to the Petition.
If an objection is filed prior to the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary pro-ceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the Estate will be distributed and to whom the Estate will be distributed.
