IDENTITY OF ALL HEIRS LEGATEES AND DEVISEES

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the estate of Robert Warren Parrett,

deceased, that on the 6th day of January, 2026, Ethan Parrett produced and filed in the District Court of Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Robert Warren Parrett, deceased, and also filed in said Court his petition praying for the probate of said Will and that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Ethan Parrett, the Personal Representative named in said Will, and praying for an Order determining the identity of all heirs, legatees and devisees of decedent.

Notice is further given that the 29th day of January, 2026, at 9:00 o'clock A.M., has been fixed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will in the District Court room in Muskogee, in said County of Muskogee, State of Oklahoma, when and where any person interested may appear and contest the same.

Interested parties are to provide bids to furnish all labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. The project must be completed within 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed issued by Cherokee Nation. The specifications, scope of work, and all pertinent dates are available in the bid packet and instructions. There is a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. held in the large conference room of the Financial Resources Building, 17665 S. Muskogee Avenue, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. This will be immediately followed by a mandatory site visit at the Jack Brown Center located at 1429 Jack Brown Lane, Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464. Sealed bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders.
