SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

This matter came on for consideration before me, the undersigned Judge of the District Court, for an Order authorizing service by publication in this case. The Petitioner appeared through his attorney, Justin Stout. The Court upon review of the Affidavit of the Petitioner and argument of counsel is satisfied that after due diligence, service of Summons cannot be made upon the Respondent, Rhonda Mummert, by any other method. Service by publication on the above stated Respondent is warranted in this case.

IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that
service be had upon the Respondent, Rhonda Mummert, by publication one (1) day a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper authorized by law to publish legal notices in the county, with a Response date being no sooner than forty-one (41) days from the date of the first publication of the Notice.

IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that
Petitioner mail a copy of the Motion and this Order by regular mail to Respondent at her last known addresses and file a proof of mailing in this case.
