AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION HEREIN MENTIONED; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY. (Muskogee County EMS and the City of Muskogee, Petitioner)

PART OF OWEN STREET AND BOSTON AVE WITHIN THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITEOF MUSKOGEE IN THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE, MUSKOGEE COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT PORTION OF BOSTON AVENUE AND OWEN STREET LYING IN AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 1, 2, 3, 15 AND 16, BLOCK 55 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWNSITE OF MUSKOGEE AND LYING BETWEEN TO LOTS 11 AND 12 OF ENGLISH SUBDIVISION, BOUNDED ON THE EAST BY THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF CURRENT SOUTH 5TH STREET, ALL IN THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE, MUSKOGEE COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY is hereby closed, annulled and discontinued from public use.
