Notice is hereby given that Patsy Wilkinson, an Indian of the Five Civilized Tribes of Indians of at least one-half blood, has filed her Petition in the above cause requesting the approval of a Warranty Deed in favor of her son and heir Arrow Wilkinson, covering all the right, title and interest of the said Patsy Wilkinson in and to the surface and minerals in and underlying the following described property, to wit:

NW/4 NW/4 SE/4 of Section 18, Township 13 North, Range 18 East, Muskogee County, Oklahoma

Notice is given that the said Petition For Approval Of Warranty Deed will come on for hearing before the Associate District Judge of Muskogee County, Oklahoma, Muskogee County Courthouse in Muskogee County, Oklahoma, at 9:00 A.M. on the 11th day of December, 2025, at which time and place all persons may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted.
