STREET. THE TRACT OF LAND IS IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 18 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, MUSKOGEE COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. CONTAINING 0.85 ACRES MORE OR LESS, AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY. THE PROPERTY IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
