AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKOGEE AS PROVIDED BY CHAPTER 90, SECTION 01-03, OF THE MUSKOGEE CITY CODE, SEPTEMBER 2014, BY RE-ZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 601 N. C. STREET. THE TRACT OF LAND IS IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 15 NORTH, RANGE 18 EAST OF THE INDIAN BASE AND MERIDIAN, MUSKOGEE COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA. Because you have failed to abate the dilapidated personal property within the time period provided the City of Muskogee is considering action to abate the personal property under City Codes 38-62 for dilapidated personal property. A hearing shall be held by the Public Nuisance Review Committee to determine if the property is dilapidated and has become detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the general public and the community, or if the property creates a fire hazard which is dangerous to other property.
