Determination of Heirship, Distribution and Discharge of Personal Representative

Pursuant to 58 O S ?245 and 246 a Petition for Summary Administration has been filed on the 17th day of November, 2025 on the Estate of Calvin Bryan Lynn, who died on the 4th day of September, 2025. The residence of the decedent at the time of death was 16144 S 95th St E Webber Falls, OK 74470. The Petitioner is Melissa Jo Todd, whose address is 1001 S Virginia St Muskogee, OK 74403. The decedent executed a Will dated August 26, 2019, which is presented herewith for probate.

The names, ages and last known addresses of the heirs or devisees of the decedent are:

The total value of the estate as set forth in the Petition is not greater than $200,000.00.

All persons receiving notice and all interested parties any file objections to the petition at any time prior to the final hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner or you will be deemed to have waived any objection to the petition. If an objection is filed before the hearing the court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.

All creditors having claims against Calvin Bryan Lynn , deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interest and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Melissa Jo Todd, c/o P. O. Box 707, Muskogee, Oklahoma 74402-0707, not later than 30 days following the filing of the petition and this notice, or the same will be forever barred.

The Hearing on the Petition for Summary Administration, Final Account of the Personal Representative and Petition for Determination of Heirs, for Distribution of said Estate and for Final Discharge of said Personal Representative, has been fixed by the Judge of said Court for the 22nd day of January, 2026, at 9:00, A.M., in the District Courtroom of the Muskogee County Courthouse at Muskogee, Muskogee County, State of Oklahoma.
