Because you have failed to abate the dilapidated personal property within the time period provided the City of Muskogee is considering action to abate the personal property under City Codes 38-62 for dilapidated personal property. A hearing shall be held by the Public Nuisance Review Committee to determine if the property is dilapidated and has become detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the general public and the community, or if the property creates a fire hazard which is dangerous to other property.
