APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO SUPPLY NON-POTABLE RECLAIMED WATER
DEQ APPLICATION FOR PERMIT TO SUPPLY
TREATED WASTEWATER NO. RW26-003
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Oktaha, 202 S Main Street, Oktaha, OK 74450, has filed on March 27, 2026 for a new application with the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) to supply Category 5 reclaimed water to a land application site located in the SW/4 of Section 26, T13N, R17E, I.M. The reclaimed water system consists of a floating pump station which draws water from the Secondary Lagoon Cell of the Oktaha Wastewater Treatment Facility. The pump station conveys the reclaimed water to a center pivot irrigation system through a 4? reclaimed water main. The center pivot irrigation system applies reclaimed water to the pastureland onsite. The total site area is 49.87 acres and the net land area irrigated is 37.58 acres.
