GIBSON AMENDING TITLE III, ADMINISTRATION, CHAPTER 32 FINANCE AND TAXATION, SECTION 32.002 PURCHASES AND CONTRACTS.

32.002 Purchases and
Contracts

Purchases requiring Board approval. Every contract for, or purchase of, supplies, materials, equipment, or contractual services for more than $10,000 $30,000 shall require the prior approval of the Board of Trustees.

(Prior Code, ? 2-1-2 As amended by Ordinance 2026-010 on April 13, 2026, declared as emergency and effective immediately upon passage.

Because you have failed to abate the dilapidated personal property within the time period provided the City of Muskogee is considering action to abate the personal property under City Codes 38-62 for dilapidated personal property. A hearing shall be held by the Public Nuisance Review Committee to determine if the property is dilapidated and has become detrimental to the health, safety, or welfare of the general public and the community, or if the property creates a fire hazard which is dangerous to other property. You are hereby ordered to appear at said hearing in front of the City of Muskogee Public Nuisance Review Committee on the: 12th day of September, 2024 at 11:00AM in the City Council Chambers on the third floor of the City Hall at 229 West Okmulgee.
