1.6 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS

A. Sealed Bids addressed to Owner will be received at Place of Bid until Time of Bid on Bid Date.

B. Bidding Contractors are required to pre-qualify to the approval of the Architect, no later than ten (10) days prior to submission of bids. Refer Document 00 4513 - Bidder's Qualifications.

C. Bidders may view the Bid Documents at the Office of the Owner or online via the ConstructConnect website; www.constructconnect.com.

D. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount.

E. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided by the Architects office.

F. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.

G. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
