Motions approved: Open the meeting at 8:30 a.m.; Purchase orders; Monthly reports; Regular meeting minutes for March 30, 2026; Updated Memorandum of Understanding between the Muskogee Board of County Commissioner and the Town of Oktaha; Resolution of Disposing Equipment 2026-12 for District 2 consisting of Bridge Beams that Commissioner Hyslop plans to go out for bid again on; Information Sheet from Oktaha Fire Board; FY-2025 SEFA Report that Melissa Lee and Kevin Wilson worked on together; Declaration of Surplus 2026-13 for the Sheriff's Department consisting of a 2010 Ford F-150 (vin: 1FTFW3E85AFB53064) to be auctioned on Purple Wave; Agreement between Purple Wave and the Sheriff's Office; Proclamation proclaiming the month of April 2026 as Fair Housing Month; Fair Housing Resolution for 2026; Enter into an Executive Session at 8:43 a.m. to discuss matters pertaining to Economic Development relating to the Land Acquisition and Industrial Expansion Project, and to include confidential communications between Legal Counsell regarding Case No. 20-CV-040-JWB Floyd Patterson Jr, as a Special Administrator of the Estate of Floyd Patterson III (deceased) vs. Andy Simmons, Muskogee County Sheriff; Adjourn the Executive Session at 9:25 a.m. to Resume Regular Session with no action being taken regarding the items discussed in Executive Sessions; adjourn the meeting at 9:25 a.m.

Because you have failed to abate the dilapidated personal property within the time period provided the City of Muskogee is considering action to abate the personal property under City Codes 38-62 for dilapidated personal property.
